What is the return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy to exchange your purchase for another item or return for a store credit.
If 14 days has passed since your purchase unfortunately an exchange will not be issued.
Please ensure all items are free from any marks or stains and your item is returned in its original condition with all tags attached.
NO RETURN on Sale items, Swimwear, Gift Vouchers, Sunglasses & Jewellery.
We will provide a refund if you have received a faulty product, provided that the fault is due to a manufacturing issue not general wear and tear. This will be assessed upon return of the item.
